True Stories from True Story Films

True Stories from True Story Films

For nearly a decade, we’ve been fortunate to have a great working relationship with ASU, producing a wide range of projects for clients within the University. This summer was no exception, as TSF produced three large projects with distinctly different styles that capture the people and stories that define ASU’s personality. Click on the images for the three campaigns below to watch videos from each project.

Athletics: Sun Devil Athletics announced a branding overhaul this spring and, as part of that effort, TSF created a new in-stadium intro for Sun Devil Football unveiled at last week’s game. The intro highlights the program’s rich history through a detailed re-creation of great football moments spanning over 100 years.

Student Recruitment: Told through student stories and experiences on all four ASU campuses, this profile-driven video highlights the complete ASU experience making the case that “It’s Time to be a Sun Devil” to prospective students. The project was commissioned by The Provost Communications Group and will serve as a primary marketing tool through 2012.

WP Carey School of Business: Designed to promote all undergraduate degree programs available through the school, TSF produced a video series, comprised of 14 degree-specific videos and one “big picture” feature. Using pop-up animation (and no live action footage), TSF producers worked with Copper Post artists for five months to create 40 minutes of custom-animated content, built using newly-created graphic elements, TSF stills and stock imagery.

A BIG SUMMER FOR TSF

Summer production may have kicked off with work for ASU, but it certainly didn’t stop there. Our production team journeyed to picturesque southern Arizona to shoot “Wonderful” – a beautiful three-spot campaign for the Arizona Lottery. We also began our fourth year of production for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, with trips to New York and Washington DC to feature notable alumni, as well as pre-production planning for ERAU’s fall shoot schedule that will take our team to Daytona Beach and Prescott. Finally, our feature documentary “Blood Into Wine” continues its theatrical tour internationally and recently was among a select group of winning films in the Oenovideo Film Festival (www.oenovideo.oeno.tm.fr) in France. “Blood Into Wine” is available on Netflix and at www.bloodintowine.com. Check out our blog for more news about projects underway with TSF or visit us on Facebook for behind-the-scenes production shots and updates.
